Deposit Policy

A deposit of $200+ GST is required for all bookings and to be made within an hour of securing a date. Overnights and fly me to you arrangements require a 50% deposit.

deposits are non refundable. In some circumstances, they may be transferable. If I am on tour I can only accomodate moving your deposit to a new booking within that tour if my schedule allows. I ask for a further commitment (additional money to be paid towards the cost of the date) to reconfirm the new date and all funds will then be applied. Deposits may be transferred on one occasion only before the money is forfeited, and must be rescheduled at the time of cancellation. If I cannot make the booking, a full refund is offered, along with options to reschedule. By paying your deposit you agree to these terms.

If you are sick, PLEASE CANCEL. I will try my very best to accomodate your deposit being transferred. For bookings in melbourne this can be done quite easily, please sms me with as much notice as possible. If it is a booking on tour, again I will try my best to accomodate you, if it means rebooking on a new tour this may be possible depending on your circumstances and our rapport. For fly me to you dates where you become unwell before my scheduled departure, I will do my best to come to a fair arrangement between us both. Some money will be lost on travel, but I will do my best to work with you on this.
